Quote Builder

Turns the notes in your truck into the quote in their inbox, the same day.

What it does

The business that quotes first usually wins. Not the cheapest; the first. And the reason quotes take three days is not the math, it is the sitting down.

The Quote Builder starts from whatever you have when you leave the site: voice notes, a photo of your notepad, a few measurements typed into your phone. It structures the job the way you would, prices it from your price book with your margins, flags anything it is unsure about, and produces a draft in your own format. You read it, fix anything, and send. It never sends on its own.

Over time it learns your patterns: which extras you always add, which line items you round, where you pad for the unknown. Your price book stays yours, in a file you can open.

FLAGGED FOR YOU
  • Memo says "maybe the toe kick too" — not priced. Add ~$120 if yes.
  • Photo 4 shows staining above 24 in. on the left. Your rule says re-inspect before
quoting drywall higher. Left as-is; note added to quote.
  • Cabinets: you said owner-supplied. If not, add supply line at your markup.

Terms and payment schedule: your standard (50/50).

What it will not do

It will not send a quote without your approval. It will not invent a rate that is not in your price book. It will not hide a guess; every assumption is listed under "flagged for you."

What it needs from you

Your price book in any form, a few quotes you were proud of, and your rules. The rougher the price book, the more the Map session matters; we build it together.
