Exark AI · ready-made agents and purpose-built applications
Your business has its own challenges. Your technology should be built to solve them.
Modern technology has expanded what businesses can accomplish. AI has made it possible to connect scattered knowledge, simplify complex workflows, and build capabilities that once required resources far beyond the reach of a small or growing company.
Exark AI exists to put those capabilities into the hands of small and medium-sized businesses—starting with the local businesses that power our communities.

Three levels
Universal where it can be. Purpose-built where it must be.
Every business can start with an agent that already works. The ones that need more grow into systems configured to their workflows, and applications built around them. Same method, same foundations, three levels of depth.
Level I · Universal
Ready-made agents
Agents every business can put to work in days.
- Fits
- Any business with a phone, an inbox and invoices.
- Touches
- One workflow, inside the tools you already use.
- Pace
- Live in 5 to 10 business days.
Level II · Adapted
Configured systems
A governed operating loop for a whole motion of the business.
- Fits
- Teams whose work follows a recognisable pattern: cases, bookings, dispatch, recommendations, deals.
- Touches
- Several workflows and systems, with approvals and an audit trail.
- Pace
- Scoped in the Map session, piloted before it scales.
Level III · Custom
Purpose-built applications
Software built around the obstacles only your business has.
- Fits
- Businesses whose operations outgrow any off-the-shelf pattern.
- Touches
- Your data model, your people and your integrations, end to end.
- Pace
- Designed, piloted and proven in stages.
- Agentic Claims Resolution
- Venue Layout CAD Automator
- Health & Wellness Program Portal
- Guided Retail Advisor
Our mission
The starting point is your business: how it works, where it struggles, and what it could become.
We design and build purpose-built applications around the obstacles that hold a business back. Our mission is to help owners and their teams reclaim time, improve service, make better decisions, and pursue opportunities their current systems cannot support.
01
Reclaim time
02
Improve service
03
Make better decisions
04
Pursue new opportunities
Listening across the business
Every business has a different view of the same problem.
01 · The owner sees
Growth constrained by rising costs or limited capacity.
02 · The manager sees
Delays, inconsistent information, and processes that depend on constant follow-up.
03 · The employee sees
The repetitive task, the missing detail, or the workaround required to get through the day.
The same underlying problem
Often, these are different experiences of the same underlying problem.
Each perspective reveals something essential. Building the right solution means listening across those levels and understanding how the pieces connect.
Some challenges are common throughout an industry. Others come from a company’s particular history, customers, services, or way of working. Both deserve a solution grounded in the circumstances of the business itself.
The approach
We adapt AI to your business.
Much of the conversation around AI asks businesses to adopt a tool and then discover what to do with it.
Exark AI reverses that relationship. We begin with the work that needs to improve, then shape the technology around it.
The usual pitch
- Adopt a tool
- Discover what to do with it
- Hope it fits
Exark AI
- The work that needs to improve
- Shape the technology around it
- Value visible in the work
That might mean
- Reducing the administrative effort behind a booking
- Giving employees reliable access to internal knowledge
- Improving the handoff between sales and operations
- Building a custom application for a process that existing software handles poorly
The solution may combine
- AI
- Automation
- Conventional software
- Integrations with systems you already use
Each component earns its place by contributing to a useful outcome.
Your team should be able to understand what the application does, where it helps, and when a person needs to remain in control.
Value visible in the work
- Fewer errors
- Faster responses
- Clearer information
- Recovered capacity
- A better customer experience
Adoption follows usefulness.
What recovered capacity can look like
Admin you do yourself
21.5hours
An illustrative week, Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 10 PM, showing 21.5 hours of admin work done by the owner.
- MonMissed callsKitchen-table quote
- TueReminder emailsCall-backs
- WedWeb form leadsPricing the job
- ThuChasing #1163Same six questions
- FriWho owes whatBooking visits
- SatWeekend inquiriesQuotes you owe
Illustrative week. Hours are the midpoints of each worker’s typical range in the catalogue, not a measurement of your business. The map measures yours.
How we work
Built around the way your business works—and where it needs to go.
Custom technology begins with understanding. We examine the path from an initial request to a completed service, the information people need along the way, and the points where work slows down or falls through the cracks.
We look for the underlying cause as well as the immediate symptom. A time-consuming task may be an opportunity for automation, but it may also reveal missing information, unclear ownership, or an unnecessary approval step. Understanding that distinction helps us build improvements that last.
Symptom and cause
THE SYMPTOM
A time-consuming task
- MAYBEAn opportunity for automation
- ORMissing information
- ORUnclear ownership
- ORAn unnecessary approval step
Our approach connects four responsibilities
01 · LEADERSHIP · MANAGEMENT · FRONTLINE
Understand the operation
Bring together the perspectives of leadership, management, and frontline staff to establish what is happening and why it matters.
02 · A SPECIFIC IMPROVEMENT
Define a worthwhile outcome
Identify a specific improvement and agree on how its value will be assessed.
03 · PEOPLE · WORKFLOWS · SYSTEMS
Build for everyday use
Create applications that fit the people, workflows, and systems they are meant to support.
04 · FROM THE BEGINNING
Make improvement sustainable
Account for security, access, maintenance, and changing business needs from the beginning.
The ambition can be broad. The first step should be concrete: solve a meaningful problem, demonstrate the improvement, and establish a sound foundation for what comes next.
Why Exark AI
Advanced capability, within reach.
Small and medium-sized businesses have no shortage of expertise, ingenuity, or ambition. What they often lack is the time and technical capacity to translate an operational problem into working software.
Exark AI exists to bridge that gap.

THE GAP: TIME AND TECHNICAL CAPACITY
What it becomes
Working software that fits the business
We bring cloud engineering, software development, automation, and applied AI together in a focused practice. That combination allows us to consider both the experience someone sees and the systems that make it dependable.
- How information moves
- How access is controlled
- How work is tracked
- How the application can grow with the business
Our aim is to make sophisticated technology practical for the companies that can benefit from it—without requiring them to become technology companies themselves.

From the founder
The thinking behind Exark AI
“How can we turn a complicated problem into a capability people can actually use?”
I’m Kyle Kilmetis, the founder of Exark AI. My background spans cloud security, systems architecture, software development, and AI-assisted engineering.
Across that work, I have been drawn to the same question: how can we turn a complicated problem into a capability people can actually use?
Answering it requires technical depth, curiosity about the work itself, and respect for the people doing it. A process that appears inefficient from the outside may contain years of practical knowledge. A recurring frustration may point to an opportunity that no off-the-shelf product has addressed.
I built Exark AI to bring that kind of attention to businesses whose needs deserve more than a generic technology pitch. The intention is to make modern engineering useful at a human scale: helping owners build stronger companies, managers coordinate with greater clarity, and employees spend more of their time on work that benefits from their judgment and skill.

What is holding your business back?
You do not need an AI strategy or a technical specification to begin. You need a problem worth solving—a recurring bottleneck, a process your team has outgrown, or an opportunity your current tools cannot support.
Tell us where the work gets difficult. Let’s build a better way forward.
